Sports Mole provides score predictions for all of Sunday's Premier League matches, including Liverpool vs. Aston Villa.

Burnley vs. Sheff Utd (Sunday, 12.00pm)

Two sides with aspirations of European qualification for next season will go head-to-head in the Premier League on Sunday lunchtime as Burnley play host to Sheffield United at Turf Moor.

The clubs are only separated by two points in the Premier League table, with Sheffield United occupying seventh on 47 points while Burnley lie 10th on 45 points after 32 matches.

We say: Burnley 1-0 Sheffield United

Both Burnley and Sheffield United are dealing with depleted squads at the minute, but the two sides have shown all throughout the season that they are capable of grinding out results no matter the circumstances.

However, given Sheffield's underwhelming away form and Burnley's strong recent home results, we are backing Dyche's side to take the spoils and overtake their fellow European hopefuls this Sunday.

Newcastle vs. West Ham (Sunday, 2.15pm)

West Ham United will be attempting to build on their much-needed victory over Chelsea when they visit Newcastle United at St James' Park on Sunday afternoon.

The Hammers eased their relegation fears with the surprise derby triumph, but they remain in the mix at the bottom of the table whereas Newcastle have now surpassed the 40-point mark.

We say: Newcastle 2-0 West Ham

West Ham's win over Chelsea makes this a much more difficult match to call - the visitors will be flying after that result, whereas Newcastle may subconsciously take their foot off the pedal having now reached the 40-point mark.

The Magpies have been in good form since lockdown, though, while their impressive home form stretches back much further than that. Couple that with West Ham's woeful form on the road and we have to back a Newcastle win.

Liverpool vs. Aston Villa (Sunday, 4.30pm)

Liverpool continue their Premier League victory parade at home to relegation-threatened Aston Villa on Sunday, although Jurgen Klopp will be demanding a response from his side.

The Reds' first match as champions saw them fall to their heaviest defeat of the season at the hands of Manchester City on Thursday night, but they will expect to return to winning ways against a Villa side in dire form near the bottom of the table.

We say: Liverpool 4-0 Aston Villa

Liverpool's Anfield record against Aston Villa is actually quite poor - just three wins from their last nine such meetings - and Villa came close to winning the reverse before two goals after the 87th minute saw the Reds turn things around, but it is difficult to look past a home victory here.

It seems to be the perfect match for the Reds to bounce back and the worst possible one for Aston Villa. The visitors do have more to fight for and there are one or two reasons to be optimistic, but the bulk of the evidence points to a very comfortable Liverpool win.

Southampton vs. Man City (Sunday, 7.00pm)

Fresh from a magnificent victory over Premier League champions Liverpool, Manchester City continue their campaign with a trip to Southampton on Sunday evening.

The hosts also enjoyed a comfortable win of their own against Watford last time out, and Ralph Hasenhuttl's side have all but guaranteed their Premier League status for another season.

We say: Southampton 1-4 Manchester City

Both sides have very little to lose in this fixture and that should make for an exciting spectacle at St Mary's, but the attacking prowess of Man City is simply too good to ignore and we are going for a straightforward victory for Guardiola's men this Sunday.
