Liverpool goalkeeper Adrian has suggested that he is no rush to leave Anfield, despite speculation regarding a return to Spain.
Since being brought in as deputy to Alisson Backer last summer, Adrian has made a total of 18 appearances in all competitions, 11 of which have come in the Premier League.
Although the 33-year-old is being linked with a return to La Liga later in 2020, the stopper has acknowledged that life at the Merseyside giants has 'totally exceeded his expectations'.
Speaking to the club's official website, Adrian said: "This club has totally exceeded my expectations. I think coming here was the perfect decision at the perfect time, to come to the best team in the world right now.
"I am really happy I took that decision, to have that patience in that moment of the summer and to be here."
The veteran has just over a year remaining on his contract.
