The future of Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot will reportedly be decided this week during crunch talks with the club's board.
Rabiot has been banished from the first-team picture at PSG having refused to sign a new contract with the club, not making a single appearance for the side since December and being denied entry to training facilities earlier this month.
The 23-year-old's current deal expires at the end of this season, and a host of Europe's top clubs have been linked with snapping him up on a free transfer this summer.
Liverpool and Barcelona have been most strongly credited with an interest in Rabiot, although no agreement has been reached despite the player being free to talk to foreign clubs since January.
Spanish publication Sport reports that Rabiot will undergo talks with the PSG hierarchy this week in order to clear up his future, with the possibility of an early termination of his contract understood to be on the table.
The Ligue 1 champions are not expected to offer the France international a route back into the first team after recently suspending him for two weeks due to "major faults" in his conduct.
