Atletico Madrid have reportedly identified Liverpool midfielder Naby Keita as a potential summer transfer target.

Diego Simeone's well-drilled side are currently two wins away from winning the La Liga title ahead of Real Madrid and Barcelona.

However, according to Fichajes, the Argentine is already given consideration to how he can improve his squad during the next window.

The report suggests that Keita has recently been added to his shortlist with the 26-year-old having failed to make a sustained impact at Anfield.

Keita has made just 32 starts in the Premier League since his arrival in 2018 with just 10 outings being made in England's top flight during the current campaign.

While the Guinea international still has two years remaining on his contract, Jurgen Klopp may be prepared to raise funds to sign other targets. body check tags ::
