Barcelona reportedly still owe as much as £98.2m in unpaid transfer fees from deals stretching back to 2018.

As well as their issues on the field under Ronald Koeman, Barca remain in financial disarray behind the scenes and have posted losses of £410.6m for 2021.

President Joan Laporta and general director Fran Reverter are supposedly set to reveal the results of the latest audit report later this week, but according to 2Playbook, various outstanding sums for past transfers are yet to be paid.

The outlet claims that Barca must still fork out £33.3m to Juventus for Miralem Pjanic's move, as well as £11m to Liverpool following Philippe Coutinho's move in January 2018.

Furthermore, Ajax are reportedly owed a total of £40.9m for two transfers - £27.3m following Frenkie de Jong's arrival in Catalonia and a further £13.6m as part of the deal for Sergino Dest.
