Manchester City are reportedly ready to make a £60m move for Liverpool forward Raheem Sterling.
The 20-year-old is yet to sign a new deal with the Anfield outfit and has been linked with a switch to the likes of Bayern Munich and Real Madrid in recent weeks.
However, The Express claims that uncertainty over Sterling's future could lead City to take advantage with a bid to lure him to the Etihad Stadium.
Blues coach Manuel Pellegrini is thought to be looking to add youth to his team and is a fan of the England international.
Despite Sterling having two-and-a-half years left on his current Liverpool contract, the Merseyside club are eager to tie the forward's long-term future to the club.
