Fenerbahce are reportedly working on a cut-price deal for Divock Origi as they are unwilling to meet the Liverpool forward's £26m asking price.
The 23-year-old has fallen well down the pecking order at Anfield and is now into the final 12 months of his existing contract.
Despite the prospect of becoming a free agent in a year's time, however, Liverpool are said to value the Belgian at more than double the price they paid Lille to sign him in 2014.
Turkish-Football claims that Fenerbahce are now hoping to negotiate a more favourable fee with the Reds, or else they could walk away from the table.
Origi scored six goals in 31 games on loan at Bundesliga side Wolfsburg last season.
