Stoke City boss Mark Hughes has admitted that he is resigned to losing Oussama Assaidi, who will return to his parent club Liverpool.
The Moroccan winger signed on a season-long loan deal in the summer and has impressed so far for the Potters.
"He's done very well. I think he's enjoying his time here, but I think he has ambitions to go back to Liverpool and show what he can do," Hughes told reporters. "It's not our choice. He's a Liverpool player."
Assaidi has scored one goal in eight appearances for Stoke so far this season.
