Milan Jovanovic has moved from Liverpool to Belgian side Anderlecht for an undisclosed fee.
The 30-year-old signed for the Reds last summer on a free transfer from Standard Liege, where he won two league titles.
The Serb was earning a reported £90,000 per week at the Anfield club, who are looking to offload midfielders with the arrivals of Charlie Adam, Jordan Henderson and Stewart Downing.
Jovanovic has made 30 appearances for his country, and scored the winner against Germany in a 1-0 victory at the 2010 World Cup.
