Former Liverpool winger Harry Kewell has dismissed suggestions that he should retire from professional football.
The 33-year-old confirmed on Friday that he wants to move to England after leaving Melbourne Victory, while he has insisted that he has "another two or three years at a very high level".
"Everyone has asked me, 'what are you doing' and all this and that and the thing is, when does an athlete ever realise it's time to pack it in? If they truly love a sport, they will keep going until, I don't know, they are 50 I suppose," he told reporters.
"I still feel confident. I still feel I've got another two or three years at a very high level and we just have to wait and see."
Kewell has also represented Leeds United.
