Sami Khedira has suggested that Juventus should do their utmost to sign Liverpool midfielder Emre Can at the end of the season.
The 23-year-old, who joined the Reds from Bayer Leverkusen in the summer of 2014, is inside the last six months of his contract.
Juve have been pursuing Can's signature over the last few months and reports have suggested that the Germany international has struck an agreement with the Bianconeri over a summer move.
"I know Emre very well," compatriot and Juve midfielder Khedira told Sky Sports News.
"First of all Emre is a very good player. He is a young player, he can improve of course, he is powerful and is talented but of course he has to learn.
"And if there is a possibility that Juventus can sign this player you have to use this chance because I think he is a free agent in the summer period. So, if I am a manager, of course I would try and sign him."
Can has made 26 appearances for Jurgen Klopp's side this season.
