Liverpool defender Kolo Toure will reportedly leave the club at the end of the month when his contract expires.
The Ivorian, who joined the Merseyside outfit from Manchester City in 2013, publicly stated his desire to stay at Anfield.
However, according to the Liverpool Echo, Toure was not offered a new contract and is expected to be among the list of released players to be issued by the Reds this afternoon.
The 35-year-old, whose move to Liverpool was a free transfer, has made 71 appearances in total for the club, and he ran out 25 times for the Premier League club in the 2015-16 season.
The defender's final match was Liverpool's Europa League final defeat to Sevilla in Basel on May 18.
