Lille have reached an agreement with Turkish club Fenerbache for the transfer of Moussa Sow, according to president Michel Seydoux.
The French club will receive an initial £8.3m for the Senegal international, with an additional £2.5m to come in bonuses.
Seydoux has revealed that all that is left for the deal to be concluded is a medical examination.
"The transfer agreement is signed now," said Seydoux. "There are a number of things that need to be done, including the medical.
"My information is not quite the same as those of the newspapers. I do not know which are the best, most honest and most true.
"But for now, we have no concern. At worst, if he should return, he will return. This does not prevent us from sleeping."
It has been reported that Liverpool were interested in the striker, but refused to meet Lille's asking price.
