Liverpool are reportedly ready to make a cut-price offer for Valencia defender Aly Cissokho.
The Reds are looking to make the most of Lose Che's financial troubles by bidding £4m for the left-back, according to the Sunday People.
Cissokho joined from Ligue 1 side Lyon last year, but is reported to be keen on a move to Merseyside.
The Reds have already signed Simon Mignolet, Iago Aspas, Luis Alberto and Kolo Toure this summer for a combined total of around £24m.
However, manager Brendan Rodgers has managed to recoup most of the outlay through the sales of Jonjo Shelvey and Andy Carroll.
