Liverpool reportedly believe they have fallen behind in the race to sign Borussia Dortmund star Jude Bellingham.
Bellingham has emerged as a target for many of Europe's elite clubs, with Real Madrid posing a serious threat to Liverpool's chances of signing the England international.
According to German media outlet Bild, Liverpool have lost ground in the race to sign Bellingham, with their chances of signing him described as 'moderate' which only strengthens Madrid's chances.
The 19-year-old impressed for England at the World Cup, in which he started every game, which has only elevated his profile and the list of clubs who want his signature.
Bellingham has been a key figure in Edin Terzic's side this season, starting all but two of his 22 appearances so far.
This season has seen an upturn in goals for the former Birmingham City player, with his nine goals in all competitions, already bettering the six he managed in the whole of last season.
