Liverpool have been linked with a January move for Lyon defender Aly Cissokho.
The 24-year-old left-back, who can also play in midfield, is keen on a move to Anfield, according to The Mirror.
However, Newcastle United are also thought to be interested in the Frenchman.
Cissokho could leave the Ligue 1 side for a fee of around £6m.
