Manchester City will reportedly battle it out with Liverpool for Feyenoord youngster Rodney Kongolo.
The 15-year-old could be available for around £1.5m and both City and the Reds are looking into the teenager's situation, with the sides interested in signing him when he turns 16, according to The People.
The midfielder has played for the Dutch youth team, and his size and athleticism has caught the attention of both clubs who believe that the player's physical attributes mark him out as ideal for the Premier League in the future.
According to the report, City recently sent a scouting team to watch Kongolo in action during the Netherlands' clash with Belgium.
