Liverpool have reportedly turned down a bid of £20m for striker Danny Ings in the final throes of the transfer window.
The 24-year-old moved to the Reds from Burnley in an eventual £8m deal in June 2015, but made just five Premier League appearances before being ruled out for the season with an anterior cruciate ligament injury.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has admitted that Ings is unlikely to get many minutes in the first team this season after falling behind Daniel Sturridge, Roberto Firmino, Divock Origi and Sadio Mane in the pecking order at Anfield.
According to ESPN, that has prompted bids from eight different clubs - including a top offer of £20m - but the Reds have rejected all suitors as Klopp still has "fantastic boy" Ings in the frame to feature at some point this season.
Ings has not featured in any of Liverpool's four matches so far this season and has instead been playing with the Under-23s side.
