Liverpool are reportedly preparing to launch a bid for Swansea City defender Ashley Williams.
Reds manager Brendan Rodgers worked with the Wales international during his time at the Liberty Stadium and sees him as an ideal addition to his squad, according to The People.
Long-serving defender Jamie Carragher recently revealed that he will retire at the end of the current campaign, and the Reds are looking to land Williams this summer as a replacement.
