Liverpool have reportedly identified Bordeaux forward Francois Kamano as a potential summer signing.
Despite having won last season's Champions League, Liverpool had been expected to be active in the transfer market, partly as a result of Alberto Moreno and Daniel Sturridge leaving on free transfers.
However, with just a week remaining on the window, Jurgen Klopp has yet to make a first-team addition, and the German has already suggested that there will be no high-profile arrivals at Anfield.
Nevertheless, The Sun claims that Liverpool are contemplating a late approach for Kamano, who contributed 10 goals and one assist during the most recent Ligue 1 campaign.
The report adds that Bordeaux may demand in the region of £20m for the Guinea international, despite just two years remaining on the 23-year-old's contract.
