Oxford United are reportedly on the brink of sealing a loan deal for Liverpool youngster Ben Woodburn.
After an unsuccessful period at Sheffield United last season, the Premier League runners-up are eager to find first-team football for the attacker during the upcoming campaign.
Woodburn, who has featured in a number of Liverpool's pre-season fixtures, had been expected to join another club in the Championship.
However, according to the Daily Mail, the Wales international will spend at least the remainder of 2019 playing in League One with Oxford.
Whether the 19-year-old spends the entire year in the third tier could depend on his performances and game time, with just two starts and six substitute outings coming with the Blades in 2018.
