Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing Iker Casillas on a free transfer at the end of the season.
The Porto stopper, who recently made his 1,000th career appearance, is out of contract at the end of the season and will be available to clubs as a free agent.
According to TMW, Jurgen Klopp's side are targeting the Spaniard as a replacement for Simon Mignolet, who has been usurped as the club's first-choice goalkeeper by Loris Karius.
The source adds that Casillas, who is keen to continue playing in Europe, could be tempted by a switch to the Premier League.
The 36-year-old lined up against Liverpool in the Champions League last-16 second leg at Anfield earlier this season, after which Casillas received applause from the Reds faithful.
