Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is interested in signing midfielder David Brooks from relegated Bournemouth, according to a report.
Brooks is one of those the Cherries are believed to be looking to cash in on to balance the books following their recent drop into the Championship.
The Wales international featured just nine times in the Premier League last season after sustaining a long-term ankle injury last summer.
However, Brooks showed what he is capable of in the 2018-19 season when directly involved in 12 top-flight goals and Liverpool may now make a move.
The Sun claims that the Reds could go as high as £35m with their offer for the 23-year-old as they look to bring in a right-sided midfielder.
Adam Lallana has already departed Anfield this summer and Xherdan Shaqiri is also expected to make way in the coming weeks, freeing up space for Brooks's arrival.
Tottenham Hotspur have also been tipped to move for the Manchester City youth product.
