Liverpool have reportedly opened talks with Sadio Mane over a new contract at Anfield.
The 26-year-old has emerged as one of Jurgen Klopp's key players since his £34m move from Southampton in June 2016.
Mane scored 20 goals for the Reds last season, including a hat-trick against Porto in the Champions League.
According to The Telegraph, the player is being rewarded for his performances and progress with a lucrative extension, even though the Senegal international is not actively seeking a pay rise.
The report also claims that Liverpool are confident that Mane will join fellow star forwards Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino in committing his long-term future to the club.
Mane has three years remaining on his current Anfield contract.
