Real Madrid are reportedly considering offering Marco Asensio as part of any deal to prise Sadio Mane away from Liverpool.
Madrid have been heavily linked with a summer move for Mane since Zinedine Zidane's return as manager, having come close to signing the Senegal international before Zidane initially resigned from his role at the end of last season.
Mane is understood to be one of the Frenchman's top targets as part of an expected summer overhaul, and Don Balon reports that Madrid are weighing up the possibility of using Asensio as a makeweight to convince Liverpool to sell.
The Reds are expected to reject any approach for their in-form forward, but have held a long-standing interest in Asensio.
Zidane reportedly wants Asensio out of the club this summer, but the club are yet to receive an offer for the Spain international which they have taken seriously.
Los Blancos could instead make a player-plus-cash offer of £34m and Asensio for Mane, who has scored 20 goals across all competitions this season.
