Spanish goalkeeper Pepe Reina has denied that he has agreed to join Barcelona at the end of the season.
The Liverpool keeper, who is currently on loan at Napoli, has been linked with a move to Camp Nou with Victor Valdes due to leave Barca next summer.
"It is an invention of the newspapers. Even last year it was said that I would take over from Valdes," Reina told Cope.
"It is normal that a player dreams of representing a club like Barcelona or Real Madrid because they are historic and prestigious teams.
"But I have a contract with Liverpool until 2016. I do not care about the rumours. I am excited to be at Napoli and I intend to try and win something here."
The 31-year-old started his professional career with Barcelona before leaving for Villarreal in 2002.
