Jordon Ibe will reportedly put pen to paper on a new five-year contract at Liverpool in the next few days.
The 19-year-old, who recently returned from a bout of injury, is believed to have been earmarked as a star for the future by manager Brendan Rodgers.
Ibe was recalled from a loan spell at Derby County midway through the season by Rodgers due to the winger's impressive form.
Now, according to the Liverpool Echo, the teenager will commit the next five years to the Merseyside outfit by the end of the week.
The publication also states that Jordan Henderson, who is expected to take over as captain next season once Steven Gerrard leaves for Los Angeles Galaxy, and defender Martin Skrtel will sign new contracts in due course.
