Burnley striker Danny Ings has reportedly been told to decide between a move to Liverpool or Tottenham Hotspur before competing at the Under-21 Euro 2015 tournament.
The 22-year-old will leave Turf Moor this summer, although he has yet to make a decision over where his future lies.
Spurs are said to have had a £12m bid for the Englishman accepted by Burnley, while Liverpool are yet make a move.
However, The Telegraph claims that Ings would favour a switch to Anfield when his contract does eventually run down next month.
Should the 11-goal forward join Liverpool, a tribunal hearing is likely to be held to decide a transfer fee, while another rumoured side to be interested, Real Sociedad, could land him for just £250,000.
Ings is due to link up with the Young Lions squad at the end of next week.
