Liverpool will reportedly make a bid for Paris Saint-Germain's Ezequiel Lavezzi in the near future.
Brendan Rodgers's side have been linked with the Argentina striker this summer, while Chelsea and Arsenal were also thought to be interested earlier in the year.
According to The Express, the French champions' pursuit of Angel di Maria could force them to sell Lavezzi in order to comply with financial fair play rules.
The report goes on to say that a deal for Di Maria could accelerate Liverpool's rumoured £18m bid for the 29-year-old.
