Roma now own Italy forward Fabio Borini outright after completing a deal to sign Parma's 50 percent share of the player.
The Serie A rivals previously co-owned the 21-year-old, who left Chelsea last July after making only four Premier League appearances as a substitute for the Pensioners.
Borini had been linked with a summer move to Liverpool, however it now appears that his immediate future is in Rome after the Stadio Olimpico side paid Parma £3.95m.
Borini, who never played for Parma, scored nine league goals in 24 appearances for Roma last season.
