Mohamed Salah has insisted that he is "100% committed to Liverpool" amid ongoing links with a move to Real Madrid or Barcelona.
The Egypt international recently flirted with a move to one of the La Liga giants in an interview with the Spanish press.
Salah has two years to run on his Anfield contract and talks with the reigning Premier League champions over fresh terms are said to have stalled.
However, in an interview with Norwegian channel TV2, the 28-year-old appeared to indicate that he is ready to prolong his stay on Merseyside.
"If you ask, I say I want to stay here as long as I can, but as I have said before, it is in the hands of the club," he said.
"I will always give 100% to the last minute I am in this club and I want to win as many trophies as I can.
"And I want to give 100% to the people, who show me love all the time."
Salah is joint top of the Premier League scoring charts this season with 13 goals, equal with Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes.
