Watford head coach Quique Flores has conceded that he has an interest in signing Liverpool youngster Jerome Sinclair.
Earlier this month the Hornets were strongly linked with the 19-year-old, who has reportedly informed the Reds of his desire to leave Anfield before Monday's transfer deadline.
Clubs in Spain are said to have been monitoring Sinclair's situation, but Sanchez is hopeful that he can lure the England youth international to Vicarage Road.
"Sinclair is the kind of player I like for Watford. He has the qualities that we need. He has the skill and conditions to come here," he told reporters.
Sinclair, who has made one start for Liverpool this season, will be out of contract in the summer.
