West Ham United are reportedly considering an £18m bid for Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge.
The England international was a pivotal figure in Liverpool's title challenge in the 2013-14 season as he and former teammate Luis Suarez scored a combined 55 goals to take the club to second in the table.
Since then, though, Sturridge has been plagued by injuries, and this season, the striker has made just five appearances and there is no indication from manager Jurgen Klopp when he will be fit to play.
There have been reports that the Merseyside outfit are willing to listen to offers for Sturridge around the £25m mark as they are frustrated with his struggle to get back to full fitness.
According to the Brentwood Gazette, West Ham are considering a move for the injury-prone forward, who cost Liverpool around £12m when he signed from Chelsea in 2013.
The 26-year-old made just 13 appearances last season.
