Lorient forward Vincent Aboubakar has paid tribute to his ethic of working hard each day in training following the Cameroon international's strong start to the season.
The promising 21-year-old striker, who joined Les Merlus from Valenciennes last summer, has scored 11 goals in Ligue 1 this campaign.
"That's something I picked up in Cameroon," he told reporters. "Every day I work hard to improve different aspects of my game. In the end, hard work always pays.
"As soon as I arrived I realised this is a family club, that people here stick together."
Lorient currently occupy 11th position in the Ligue 1 table with 27 points to their name.
