Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas has insisted that his club have not received "any offers" for French midfielder Tanguy Ndombele.
The 21-year-old spent last season on loan at Lyon from Amiens, before joining Les Gones on a permanent deal earlier this summer.
The France Under-21 international made 47 appearances in all competitions for his Ligue 1 outfit last term, and a number of clubs - including Manchester United - have been credited with an interest.
Aulas, however, has insisted that Ndombele will not be leaving the Groupama Stadium this summer.
"We have not had any offers for him," Aulas told RMC Sport. "While other clubs are interested, he will be with us next year in the middle. We must not let our best players leave."
Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City are also believed to be among Ndombele's admirers.
