Manchester United and Arsenal target Alexandre Lacazette is reportedly going to sign a new contract with Lyon in the coming days.
The 24-year-old striker was the top scorer in Ligue 1 last season with 27 goals and was rewarded with the Player of the Year award for his efforts.
Despite recent reports from France that Lacazette had been told he was allowed to leave the French club, he looks certain to renew his current deal according to L'Equipe.
Louis van Gaal's United are still looking to sign a forward following the departure of Robin van Persie and Radamel Falcao.
Arsenal, meanwhile, continue to be linked with Real Madrid's Karim Benzema.
