Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola reveals that Gabriel Jesus may be out for "one or two months".
Guardiola: 'Jesus out for one or two months'

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has claimed that Gabriel Jesus is expected to be out for "one or two months" following a suspected knee injury in the goalless draw with Crystal Palace.

The Brazilian left the Selhurst Park pitch in tears in the 23rd minute after appearing to accidentally injure his knee when he slipped as he tried to control the ball minutes earlier.

Guardiola also provided an update on Kevin De Bruyne, who was stretchered off after a tackle from Jason Puncheon but was later seen walking back to the City dressing room with club medical staff.

"[Gabriel] is injured. Hopefully not tough, but maybe one or two months he will be out," the Spaniard told BT Sport.

"With Kevin we were lucky. I don't know what happened today. We were lucky in the past. But I don't know what happens in the future."

The stalemate in South London brought City's 18-game Premier League winning streak to an end but keeps them 14 points clear at the top of the table.
