Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany is reportedly unlikely to face Chelsea in this Saturday's Premier League match at Stamford Bridge.
The Belgium international has been absent for the last four games because of a calf injury, but has been making progress.
The centre-back was included in training ahead of Tuesday's Champions League quarter-final win over Paris Saint-Germain, but did not take part in the match.
According to the Manchester Evening News, Kompany still feels tightness in his muscle and does not want to take any risks, suggesting that he is likely to miss this weekend's match against Chelsea.
The defender could feature in City's game against Newcastle United on Tuesday.
