Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini has revealed that striker Sergio Aguero is likely to return to action in two weeks' time.
The Argentina international has been on the sidelines since picking up a calf injury during City's 6-3 win over Arsenal on December 14.
After initially being ruled out for a month, Pellegrini is hopeful that the 25-year-old will be fit for his side's match against Cardiff City on January 18 after returning to full training.
"Sergio is working normally but I think he has at least one or two weeks more to go, probably two," Sky Sports News quotes Pellegrini as saying.
Aguero has netted 19 goals for City so far this season.
