Dani Alves has dismissed rumours linking him with a move away from Barcelona in this summer's transfer window.
Reports have suggested that Alves would be open to an exit from the Catalan club with Manchester City a possible destination, but the full-back is determined to continue at the Nou Camp.
The Brazilian said: "I intend to be here next year, that's why I renewed my contract. If I had not been comfortable then I would not have done it."
Alves also extended his best wishes to outgoing manager Pep Guardiola, who confirmed his departure from the club last week.
"Pep won the affection and respect of the people. People are grateful to someone who has given so much joy," the former Sevilla defender added.
Barcelona are currently second in La Liga, seven points behind champions Real Madrid.
