Manchester City's Mario Balotelli allegedly spend a night partying with four female escorts ahead of this weekend's vital league clash with Newcastle United.

The striker is said to have hired the girls at 1.30am on Thursday, with three of them staying at his luxury home in Cheshire until 7.45am.

The Sun claims that Balotelli booked the girls from McKenzies Escort agency, paying each around £245.

A source told the newspaper: "The agency sent four girls to Mario's place very late at night. They had a great party with him and his friends.

"The girls don't normally work past 2am. But they made an exception in this case because it was a famous client. One of the girls left around 5am but the other three went into extra time and were still larking about a few hours later.

"Mario has a swimming pool and champagne on tap, I'm sure they had a good time."

Man City go into Sunday's game against Newcastle at the top of the league on goal difference.
