Manchester City are reportedly set to hand John Stones a new contract at the Etihad Stadium.
Stones, 24, has made over 100 appearances for the Citizens since a 2016 move from Everton.
The England international has made 36 appearances in all competitions this season, but he has begun five of City's last six matches on the bench with Pep Guardiola preferring other options at the back.
Stones has a contract with City until the summer of 2022, but according to The Mirror, the Premier League champions are preparing to hand the centre-back a new deal to show that he is still a part of the club's future.
The former Barnsley youngster, who helped England reach the semi-finals of the 2018 World Cup, has appeared in 22 of his team's 34 Premier League matches during the 2018-19 campaign.
