The Football Association has reportedly decided against handing a two-match ban to Leicester City winger Demarai Gray.
During the closing stages of Leicester's EFL Cup quarter-final tie with Manchester City, Gray appeared to go down easily under minimal contact from Kyle Walker, with the referee deciding to point to the penalty spot.
Replays suggested that Gray had been fortunate to earn a spot kick for his team, which was converted to take the match into extra time, but according to The Sun, the 21-year-old will not face further action.
Gray could have missed Premier League games with Manchester United and Watford, but the England Under-21 international will now be free to feature in games played over the Christmas period.
The decision comes just 24 hours after West Ham United midfielder Manuel Lanzini was suspended for two matches after being found guilty of simulation in Saturday's Premier League fixture with Stoke City.
