Manchester City midfielder James Milner has insisted that there is still room for improvement, despite playing his part in a side that defeated Manchester United 6-1 at Old Trafford yesterday afternoon.
The England international believes that City are yet to reach their full potential as the new faces continue to integrate themselves within the squad.
"We want to keep improving as a team as well. We can get better," Milner told the Manchester Evening News.
"The confidence is there and it's about keeping this momentum, putting in good performances and getting the results.
"But we have to remember that it is just one result and is just early days in the season so we have to keep our feet on the ground."
Milner, 25, joined City in 2010 from Aston Villa.
