New Inter Milan signing Stevan Jovetic has hinted that he was frozen out by Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini last season.
The striker joined the Citizens from Fiorentina in 2013, but played only 43 times in two injury-hit campaigns, and has now moved to Inter on a two-year loan deal.
He said at a press conference: "I had problems at Manchester City, but I wasn't the only one. Even when I was in good shape, the coach never let me play".
Jovetic also admitted that he is excited about the challenge at Inter and is already targeting Serie A glory.
"I am very happy to become part of Inter and hope that this year we can get back to where we belong. I am here to win, we have a good team and we can do it," he added.
Jovetic scored 11 goals during his time in Manchester.
