Manchester City are prepared to offer a new contract to England Under-20s right-back Reece Wabara, according to a report.
The 21-year-old has impressed since joining Doncaster Rovers on loan, but according the The Mirror he will be called back in January and thrust into the first-team squad.
Wabara, whose current deal runs out at the end of the season, arrived at the Etihad Stadium from Walsall in 2007 and has also been sent on loan to Ipswich Town, Oldham Athletic and Blackpool.
He was part of the England Under-20s squad that played in the Under-20 World Cup in Colombia two years ago.
