Manchester City winger Leroy Sane has won the Premier League's Player of the Month award for October.
Earlier on Friday, City boss Pep Guardiola was revealed to be the winner of the managerial accolade for last month, and one of the Spaniard's key men has been rewarded for his own form during a dominant month for the league leaders.
City registered maximum points from their top-flight fixtures in October, with 13 goals being scored in three matches, and that impressive record was partly down to the contribution of Sane.
The German international added a goal and an assist in each of the wins over Stoke City, Burnley and West Bromwich Albion after initially having a slow start to the campaign.
In total, Sane has now scored six goals and contributed five assists in just 11 appearances in the Premier League this season.
Teammate Kevin De Bruyne and Arsenal defender Nacho Monreal were two of five other players shortlisted for the award.
