LA Galaxy's David Beckham continues to top the players' section, with an estimated fortune of £135m.
Manchester United quarter Michael Owen (£40m), Rio Ferdinand (£36m), Ryan Giggs (£30m) and Wayne Rooney (£30) make up the top five with the former England captain.
Fabio Capello has remained the richest manager in the game, having amassed a reported £38m over the last 12 months.
Sir Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger complete the top three places, earning £27m and £20m respectively.
