Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez has played down the severity of the row between manager Roberto Mancini and Mario Balotelli.
The Italian duo were involved in a training ground bust-up last week after the forward made a tackle on Scott Sinclair, with pictures of the two brawling surfacing on the internet soon after.
However, Tevez does not believe that the incident should be taken too seriously.
"There are these kind of things that have happened at all the clubs I've been, but here at City the spotlight is always on us, as it is always on Roberto and Mario," Tevez said.
"So here it always comes out - but this kind of thing happens everywhere."
The Argentine striker has also revealed that he is trying to help Balotelli on and off the field.
