Bayern Munich have reportedly accepted that it will be difficult to sign Leroy Sane this summer.
The 23-year-old scored 16 times and contributed 18 assists in 47 appearances for Manchester City during the 2018-19 campaign.
Sane was overlooked as a starter in the latter stages of last season, though, and there have been suggestions that the Germany international could leave the Etihad Stadium this summer.
According to Sky in Germany, however, Bayern have accepted that it is unlikely that they will be able to sign Sane this summer as City want more than £100m for the attacker.
Bayern are widely expected to sign at least one high-profile winger ahead of the 2019-20 campaign as the Bundesliga champions look to replace outgoing pair Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery.
Sane has travelled with the City squad to Asia for their pre-season tour, which kicks off against fellow English side West Ham United later this week.
